I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Mejor in Hanoi, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel perfectly blends modern luxury with warm, personalized service that makes you feel right at home. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with such genuine kindness and attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was flawless. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the vibrant streets of Hanoi. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, especially the serene pool area and the restaurant, which served an incredible mix of local and international dishes. What stood out the most, however, was the staff’s dedication to providing an outstanding guest experience. Whether it was offering tailored recommendations for exploring the city, arranging seamless transportation, or simply greeting me with a warm smile every day, they went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. If you’re visiting Hanoi, I can’t recommend La Mejor enough. It’s more than just a place to stay – it’s a true experience of comfort and hospitality. I’ll definitely be back!

everything was amazing ! great location , people at the hotel we’re absolutely great ! very helpful and responsive. All was good except for the noice from the street even though our window was not looking out to busy old town area , the noice was very loud up until 1-2 am . and at 4 it got quite but then roosters woke up . Beds were great , breakfast was great but we did not get enough rest because of the noice . For some people it would not be a problem at all but me and my son did not sleep well . Again , maybe it’s just us but street noice was too loud . overall , i loved everything else about hotel . Anna, at front desk was so helpful with answering all our questions and requests ( they arranged a puck up from airport for us s for about 23$. We arrived at night . it was very helpful. Manager ( sorry , i did not remember his name ) was very helpful with referrals for spa and tours .

Great location.. right beer street... near night market... local shopping, money exchange, etc. breakfast buffet is fresh, delicious with ample selection. There is also a menu for specialty items. Wait staff are friendly. Du from the front office is very helpful, he went above and beyond by booking our restaurant reservation, private transportation to Nihn Bihn, coordinating with our Cruise transportation, etc. he even told use where to get best rate for money exchange (proven and tested). The staff made sure of the safety of our valuables when we go out the hotel. Room is clean and bed is very comfortable

The rooms were large and clean - and I would recommend (never thought I’d das that) to take a room without window since it will be fully quiet even though the street and old quarter is very noisy during all the time. And last but not least the staff is exceptional!! They went out of their way to help us, to give us tips and arrange trips and transportation. Special shout out to Restaurant Captain Thu and Tee from the front office who were extremely nice and helpful!

The hotel is located at the Ta Hien Beer street, filled with a wide range of thrilling activities, from food, drinks, live and loud music till 1-2am. We requested to relocate our room from the 3rd floor to the 5th floor the next day. While enjoyed our stay due to its cleanliness, friendly service and convenient location, the night music was too loud for us to have a quiet sleep.
